We ask that you do not participate in the UEC cleanse if you are nursing, pregnant, or trying to conceive.
If you are nursing, the herbs will enter the breast milk and could disrupt your baby's digestion. If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, many of the herbs in the UEC are contraindicated because of their purgative/downward draining properties.
