For nearly a decade April, Jessica, and Stacy have been on a path of self-discovery and self-improvement. On this journey they found the many facets of holistic healing, such as yoga, acupuncture, massage therapy, colonics, herbal medicine, and nutrition. Together they have combined their extensive knowledge and previous cleansing experiences to create this gift for you.

 Stacy STACY PLASKE, BA, RYT, HHC
Stacy is the founder and owner of Balance Yoga & Healing Arts Center in Huntington, NY, offering Yoga, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Rolfing, and Holistic Nutritional Counseling. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a Holistic Health Counselor, and a former Colon Hydrotherapist. Stacy is a dedicated yoga practitioner of the Ashtanga Method and travels to  India yearly to study and practice under the tutelage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. Stacy has a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany and has over 40 post-graduate credits in Pre-Medical Science and Nutrition from C.W. Post, Long Island University and Nassau Community College. Stacy is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.   
   
 April APRIL BERNARDI, HHC, RYT
April Bernardi has been on a spiritual journey of self realization for nearly a decade. She is a Holistic Health Councilor and Registered Yoga Teacher.  Her teaching styles include Kundalini, Ashtanga and Pre-Natal Yoga. She is a dedicated yoga practitioner who has studied with Gurmukh Khalsa, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, David Swenson and more. April is the creator of Transformation thru Kundalini Yoga DVD and The Art of Creation Pre-Natal DVD. April is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.


 Jessica JESSICA ROSS, MS, L.Ac., Dipl. C.H. (Licensed Acupuncturist, Diplomate in Chinese Herbology)
Jessica Ross, L.Ac., Dipl. C.H. Received her B.S. from Vanderbilt University and M.S. from the New York College of Health Professions Oriental Medicine program, which is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM). Jessica is certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and licensed by the New York State Department of Education. Jessica has had a dedicated yoga practice for five years and is a co-creator of the UEC.
